Riftterra Launcher 0.2.4 — components and notices

Bundled Java: OpenJDK 21 for Windows x64, reused from the owner's existing
Riftterra installation or its previous Windows build. Vendor and exact version
are recorded in runtime/release. Complete licensing notices are retained under
runtime/legal. OpenJDK components use GPLv2 with the Classpath Exception where
applicable; component-specific notices remain with each component.

The original JAR and its nested notices are retained.

RiftterraClient 0.1.2-atlas and RiftterraQuestMap — Riftterra project.
The signed client channel selects current compatible versions. The base bundle
contains a compatible QuestMap fallback. Sources are provided in the project's
separate development archives. Apache-2.0.txt is included inside the launcher JAR.

Minecraft binaries/assets/libraries are downloaded from Mojang/Microsoft when
preparing the game; they are not distributed in this installer. Fabric Loader,
Iris, Sodium and MakeUp UltraFast retain their original archives and notices
when downloaded, and remain subject to their authors' respective licenses.
